Sewer Service Charge definition

Sewer Service Charge means the sum of the applicable connection fee, inspection fee, user charge, surcharges and debt service charges.
Sewer Service Charge means the aggregate of all the charges including the user charge, debt service charges, industrial cost recovery charges and other sewer related charges that are billed periodically to users of the city facilities.
Sewer Service Charge means the sum applicable of the user charge, surcharges, industrial cost recovery and debt service charges.
