The term “Revenue Fund” means the District accounts designated by the District as Sewer Revenues General Ledger 301-4080-19901-000 – Sewer Service Charge – Residential and 301-4080-19921-000 – Sewer Service Charges – Commercial, together with other current accounts into which Revenues are deposited and any accounts created in the future and designated by action of the Board of Directors as a part of the Revenue Fund.
The Septic Sewer Service Charge System and Septic Sewer Service Fund shall be administrated according to the following provisions.
All revenue generated by the Sewer Service Charge System, and all other income pertinent to the treatment system, including taxes and special assessments dedicated to retire construction debt, shall be held by the City Administrator separate and apart from all other funds of the city.
Septic Sewer Service rates and charges to users of the wastewater treatment facility shall be determined and fixed in a "Septic Sewer Service Charge System" developed according to the provisions of this Ordinance.
The City shall thereafter, but not later than the end of the year, reassess, and as necessary revise the Septic Sewer Service Charge System then in use to insure the proportionality of the user charges and to insure the sufficiency of funds to maintain the capacity and performance to which the facilities were constructed, and to retire construction debt.
