Sewer Utility definition

Sewer Utility means and include the sanitary sewer system now owned and operated by the City, and consisting of sewage disposal works, sewers, drains, pumping plants, force mains, service connections, canals, ponds, machinery, equipment and other property appurtenant thereto and any improvements, extensions and enlargements to the Sewer Utility hereafter constructed or acquired.
Sewer Utility means the public utility created under this Section and the exercise of all authorized powers by officers, agents and employees of the utility.
Sewer Utility means any “public utility” as defined in RSA 362.2 owning, operating or managing any plant or equipment or any part of the same for the furnishing of sewage disposal for the public except: municipal corporations operating within their corporate limits; municipal corporations which are except pursuant to RSA 362:4, to the extent of such exemptions; any landlord supplying sewage disposal service to its tenants which service is included in a rental fee; any association of residents supplying sewage disposal service to themselves; or any other entity otherwise exempt from regulation by statute or commission order.

  • The location of the improvements is set forth in a Water and Sanitary Sewer Utility Easement Agreement executed by ISU and City and dated June 13, 2024.
