SF Repo definition

SF Repo or “Standing Facility Repo” means an Australian Dollar Repo entered into between a Member and the RBA which is not an Exceptional Liquidity Assistance Repo, Open Market Operations Repo, Securities Lending Repo or TFF Repo.

  • A Confirmation for a Term SF Repo must specify a Repurchase Date.

  • A Confirmation for a Term SF Repo or Term ELA Repo must specify a Repurchase Date.

  • Where a Confirmation for an SF Repo does not specify a Repurchase Date, the SF Repo the subject of that Confirmation is an Open SF Repo.

  • If no agreement is able to be reached by 5.45 pm AEST/AEDT on the date of the proposed Purchase Date, the SF Repo will be an Open SF Repo.

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will prevent the Reserve Bank from entering into an SF Repo with the CLF Participant at its discretion (including entering into an SF Repo with the CLF Participant in circumstances where, immediately following the entry into the SF Repo, the aggregate Purchase Price of all Outstanding SF Repos at that time would exceed the then applicable Commitment of the Reserve Bank).

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.

  • angle of repose means the steepest angle of a surface at which a mass of loose or fragmented material will remain stationary in a pile on the surface, rather than sliding or crumbling away;

  • Call Report means the Call Report(s) (as defined in Section 4102(4) of the SBJA) of the IDI Subsidiary(ies); and (b) if there are multiple IDI Subsidiaries, all references herein or in any document executed or delivered in connection herewith (including the Certificate of Designation, the Initial Supplemental Report and all Quarterly Supplemental Reports) to any data reported in a Call Report shall refer to the aggregate of such data across the Call Reports for all such IDI Subsidiaries.

  • CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Escrow End Date has the meaning specified in the Escrow Agreement.

  • Risk Transfer Date means the date when the risk of loss or damage to the Works passes from the Contractor to the Employer in accordance with sub Clauses 38.2 and 39.1.
