Share Award definition
Share Award means an Award of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10.
Share Award means an award of Ordinary Shares under Section 6 of this Plan. A Share Award may be a Restricted Share Award or an award of unrestricted Ordinary Shares.
Share Award means a Bonus Share Award, Restricted Share Award or Restricted Share Unit Award.

Each Geely Share Award shall continue to have, and shall be subject to, substantially the same terms and conditions as applied to the corresponding Zeekr RSU Award immediately prior to the Effective Time (taking into account any changes thereto by reason of this Agreement or the Merger).
More Definitions of Share Award
Share Award means any right to receive Ordinary Shares granted under the Plan, including an Option, a Restricted Share Award, a Restricted Share Unit Award, a Share Appreciation Right or any Other Share Award.
