Share Cap has the meaning specified in clause (e) of the definition of Alternative Payment Mechanism.

Examples of Share Cap in a sentence
As of the Commencement Date, the Company shall have reserved out of its authorized and unissued Common Shares a number of Common Shares equal to the Share Cap solely for the purpose of effecting VWAP Purchases under this Agreement.

Share Cap means zero (0) shares of Common Stock.
