Share Company definition

Share Company means the Share Company specified in the Table.

Share Company means, in the case of an issue of Products relating to a single share, the company that has issued such share.

Share Company means with respect to a Share, the issuer specified for such Share under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms. (b) Index Where the Underlying, or a relevant Reference Item, is an Index, in each case as specified under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms:

Examples of Share Company in a sentence

• In addition, Securities do not give the right to dividends distributed by the Share Company or voting rights or any other right with respect of the Share Company.

• No Share Company makes any representation whatsoever nor promotes the growth of the Securities in relation to their Shares and consequently does not have any financial or legal obligation with respect to the Securities.

• SHARE DISCLAIMER The issue of the Securities is not sponsored or promoted by any Share Company and is under the sole responsibility of BNP Paribas.

• Information on each Share shall be available on the relevant Share Company website as set out in "Specific Provisions for each Series" in Part A.

• In respect of a Series, the share specified in the Type of Share and issued by the Share Company in each case in respect of such Series in Specific Provisions for each Series above (each a "Share").

More Definitions of Share Company

Share Company means with respect to a Share, the issuer specified for such Share under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms.

Share Company means the company specified in the definition of the relevant Series, subject to Product Condition 4;
