Share Consideration Percentage definition

Share Consideration Percentage means the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Total Share Consideration and the denominator of which is the Total Consideration.
Share Consideration Percentage means 20%, as such percentage may be increased pursuant to Section 5.22(a); provided, that the Share Consideration Percentage shall not exceed 25%.
Share Consideration Percentage means (a) a percentage equal to the quotient of the Share Consideration Value, divided by (b) the Total Consideration.

The amounts payable as contributions hereunder shall be determined as of the date on which the related payment or distribution is made by the applicable Funding Guarantor. The allocation among Contributing Guarantors of their obligations as set forth in this Section 7.2 shall not be construed in any way to limit the liability of any Contributing Guarantor hereunder. Each Guarantor is a third party beneficiary to the contribution agreement set forth in this Section 7.2.
