Share Consolidation Resolution definition

Share Consolidation Resolution means the special resolution of the EFI Shareholders to be considered at the Meeting with respect to the Share Consolidation, the proposed form of which is attached as Schedule A to this Circular; and

Share Consolidation Resolution means the resolution in respect of the Share Consolidation to be considered by the Shareholders at the Shareholders’ Meeting and to be approved pursuant to corporate and Exchange requirements (including, if required by the Exchange, any change to the name of the Corporation);

Share Consolidation Resolution means the resolution in respect of the Share Consolidation to be considered by the Shareholders at the Shareholders’ Meeting and to be approved pursuant to applicable requirements under corporate law and the policies of the TSX-V (including, if required by the TSX-V, any change to the name of Caza Gold);

• The consolidation of the Corporation’s common shares has not yet been effected; the board of directors of the Corporation will determine when it is in the best interest of the Corporation to effect the consolidation, and the board of directors retains the power to revoke the Share Consolidation Resolution, as defined in the Corporation’s management information circular dated June 10, 2015, at all times without any further approval by the Corporation’s shareholders.

Share Consolidation Resolution means the proposed special resolution approving the Share Consolidation substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix “L” – Share Consolidation Resolution;

Share Consolidation Resolution means the special resolution of Shareholders to approve the Share Consolidation as set forth under the heading “Business of the Meeting – Special Meeting Business – The Share Consolidation”;

Share Consolidation Resolution means the special resolution of the Shareholders, the full text of which is set forth in Appendix B to this proxy statement, authorizing and approving, subject to the approval of the Stated Capital Reduction Resolution and after the payment of the Return of Capital, the filing of Articles of Amendment to amend the Company’s Articles to effect the Share Consolidation pursuant to Section 173(1)(f) of the ABCA.

Share Consolidation Resolution means the special resolution of the Shareholders approving the Share Consolidation;

Share Consolidation Resolution means the special resolution to be considered and, if thought advisable, passed at the IsoEnergy Meeting to approve the Share Consolidation, substantially in the form and content of Appendix B attached to this Circular.
