Share Reserve definition

Share Reserve means the number of shares available for issuance under the Plan as set forth in Section 2(a).

Share Reserve shall have the meaning given to it in Section 10.21 hereof.

Share Reserve means the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares available for issuance pursuant to Awards from and after the Effective Date under the Plan as set forth in Section 3(a).

• For clarity, the Share Reserve is a limit on the number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued pursuant to Awards and does not limit the granting of Awards, except that the Company will keep available at all times the number of shares of Common Stock reasonably required to satisfy its obligations to issue shares pursuant to such Awards.

• For clarity, the Share Reserve in this Section 3(a) is a limitation on the number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued pursuant to the Plan.

More Definitions of Share Reserve

Share Reserve means the number of shares of Common Stock available for issuance under the Plan as set forth in Section 2(a), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6(a) in connection with Capitalization Adjustments.

Share Reserve means as defined in Section 4 of the Plan.
