Share Units definition

Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 3.3.

Share Units means Deferred Share Units, Performance Share Units and Restricted Share Units, including any Dividend-Equivalent Rights granted with respect to a Deferred Share Unit, Performance Share Unit and/or Restricted Share Unit.

Share Units means the number of units under a Share-Based Award that is payable solely in cash or is actually paid in cash, determined by reference to the number of shares of Stock by which the Share-Based Award is measured.

Examples of Share Units in a sentence

The Committee, at any time and from time to time, may grant Restricted Share Units to Participants as the Committee, in its sole discretion, shall determine.
The Committee, in its sole discretion, shall determine the number of Restricted Share Units to be granted to each Participant.
At the time of grant, the Committee shall specify the date or dates on which the Restricted Share Units shall become fully vested and nonforfeitable.
Each Award of Restricted Share Units shall be evidenced by an Award Agreement that shall specify any vesting conditions, the number of Restricted Share Units granted, and such other terms and conditions as the Committee, in its sole discretion, shall determine.
Upon vesting, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may pay Restricted Share Units in the form of cash, in Shares or in a combination thereof.

Share Units means the number of units under an Award (or portion thereof) that is payable solely in cash or is actually paid in cash, determined by reference to the number of shares of Stock by which the Award (or portion thereof) is measured.

Share Units means Restricted Share Units granted to Participant under the Plan subject to such terms and conditions as the Committee may determine at the time of issuance.

Share Units means Performance Share Units and Restricted Share Units, as applicable, and “Share Unit” means any one of them;

Share Units means a bookkeeping entry representing the equivalent of one Share awarded to a Grantee pursuant to Section 10.

Share Units means notional units of Inland Lodging. Prior to any issuance of any Shares upon the vesting of a Share Unit, a Share Unit shall not comprise or convey to the Executive any right, title or interest in actual ownership of Inland Lodging or any Shares.

Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Participant’s Retirement Account in accordance with Article 5.
