Shared Employees definition

Shared Employees means EPCO employees providing Shared Services.

Shared Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

Shared Employees means employees of any member of the Seller’s Group who work wholly or substantially in the Business (as carried on by the Vaccines Group) pursuant to service level agreements with the Vaccines Group Companies and other members of the Seller’s Group but excluding, for the avoidance of any doubt, any Vaccines Group Company Employee and any employees included on the list of employees provided pursuant to paragraph 15.2 of Schedule 18;

• Shared Employees are not permitted prior to DCSA approval of a corresponding AOP.

Shared Employees means employees of Xxxxxxxxx Energy or its Affiliates providing Shared Services.

Shared Employees means MGP employees providing Shared Services.

Shared Employees means the Employees of the Business described on Schedule E under the column “Shared Employees”. Prior to Closing, Chemtura and Purchaser agree to negotiate in good faith regarding the Employees in Brazil and India set forth on Part II of Schedule E to determine which of such Employees shall be deemed to be included on Part I of Schedule E as “Shared Employees” for purposes of this Agreement. Any severance obligations payable with respect to the remaining Employees on Part II of Schedule E which are not deemed Shared Employees or Dedicated Employees as provided in the definition of “Dedicated Employees”, shall be shared equally among Chemtura and Purchaser.

Shared Employees means employees of any member of the Novartis Group who work wholly or substantially in the Business pursuant to service level agreements with the Influenza Group Companies and other members of the Novartis Group but excluding, for the avoidance of any doubt, any Influenza Group Company Employee and any employees included on the list of employees provided pursuant to paragraph 15.2 of Appendix 18;

Shared Employees means employees of ARLP or its Affiliates providing Shared Services.
