Shared Security Agreement definition

Shared Security Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Agent, providing how the Shared Security will be shared between the Bonds and the Campus Stockholm Bonds.

Shared Security Agreement means the Amended and Restated Shared Security Agreement, dated as of April 19, 2006, among the Borrower, the other grantors signatory thereto and the Collateral Trustees substantially in the form of Exhibit E-1, together with each other security agreement and security agreement supplement delivered by the Shared Grantors pursuant to Section 6.12.

Shared Security Agreement means that certain Shared Security Agreement between the Obligors, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Trustee.

• The grant of a security interest in the Supplementary Collateral by the Grantor under this IP Shared Security Agreement Supplement secures the payment of all Shared Secured Obligations, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, and whether for principal, reimbursement obligations, interest, premiums, penalties, fees, indemnifications, contract causes of action, costs, expenses or otherwise.

• If the WRC determines that it can do so consistent with Applicable Pretreatment Laws and Regulations and the Drainage District’s NPDES Permit, the WRC shall, to the extent reasonably possible under the circumstances, attempt to limit its action to halt or prevent any such discharge to the known specific source or sources of the discharge.

Shared Security Agreement means the Shared Security Agreement dated the date hereof between the Obligors and the Collateral Trustee.
