Shared Services definition

Shared Services means shared order filling or shared order processing, or both.

Shared Services means the centralized, shared or pooled services, undertakings and arrangements which are provided by the Service Company or any of its Subsidiaries to or for the benefit of the Ultimate Parent and its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Shared Services Agreement, including, without limitation, the acquisition and ownership of assets by the Service Company or any of its Subsidiaries used in the provision of the foregoing and centralized payroll, benefits and account payable operations.

Shared Services means those shared services provided to EFH Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, including by or through EFH Corporate Services and/or pursuant to any service-level agreement or shared services agreements.

Examples of Shared Services in a sentence

• The Parties acknowledge, agree and understand that the Shared Contracts are currently used in the Business, but will remain with Seller, and, except as set forth in the Shared Services Agreement, Buyer (and the Company) will no longer benefit from or otherwise have access to the services provided thereunder.

• On the RSA Effective Date, the Debtors agree to execute, deliver, and, from and after such date, perform its obligations under the Shared Services Agreement subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of such agreement.

More Definitions of Shared Services

Shared Services means the services to be performed by MGL or its subsidiaries for the Banking and Non- Banking Groups pursuant to the Services Agreements described under “Macquarie Group Limited — Organizational structure”;
