Shareholder Director definition

Shareholder Director means a Shareholder Designee who has been appointed to the Board.
Shareholder Director means a director who represents the interest of shareholders, and elected or nominated by such shareholders who are not trading members or clearing members, as the case may be, or their associates and agents;
Shareholder Director has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b).

Shareholder Director means a director who represents the interest of shareholders, and elected or nominated by such shareholders who are not depository participants, or their associates and agents;
Shareholder Director means an individual elected to the Board that has been nominated by the Shareholders pursuant to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, each of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx X.
