Shareholder Indemnitees definition

Shareholder Indemnitees has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

Shareholder Indemnitees means (a) the Shareholders, (b) each of the Shareholder's current and future affiliates; (c) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)" and "(b); and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)", "(b)" and "(c)" above.
