Shareholder Meeting definition

Shareholder Meeting means the meeting of the holders of Shares for the purpose of seeking the Shareholder Approval, including any adjournment thereof.
Shareholder Meeting means an annual general meeting of shareholders or special meeting of shareholders of the Company called for the purpose of electing directors to the board of directors of the Company.
Shareholder Meeting shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.14.

  • Each Purchaser Director ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ elected to the Board shall continue to hold office until the next Company Shareholder Meeting (or the then applicable director term under the Company’s the Company’s amended articles of incorporation) and until his or her successor is elected and qualified in accordance with the Company’s amended articles of incorporation or until such individual’s earlier resignation, death or removal.
