Shareholder Note definition

Shareholder Note means any Indebtedness for Borrowed Money extended by a Shareholder to ITC Investments or its Subsidiaries, other than through participation in a financing whose original lenders were primarily not Shareholders.
Shareholder Note has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.3(g).
Shareholder Note means each note heretofore or hereafter executed and delivered by JFP payable to the order of the Borrower to evidence a Shareholder Loan.
