Shareholder Note definition

Shareholder Note means any Indebtedness for Borrowed Money extended by a Shareholder to ITC Investments or its Subsidiaries, other than through participation in a financing whose original lenders were primarily not Shareholders.
Shareholder Note means each note heretofore or hereafter executed and delivered by JFP payable to the order of the Borrower to evidence a Shareholder Loan.
Shareholder Note has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.1.1. Shares mean all of the Participating Units of Newco.
