Shelf Registration definition

Shelf Registration means a registration effected pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof.
Shelf Registration has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Shelf Registration means a registration of securities pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Commission in accordance with and pursuant to Rule 415 promulgated under the Securities Act (or any successor rule then in effect).
