Shift Worker definition

Shift Worker means a worker who is not a day worker as defined.
Shift Worker means an employee whose work is regularly rotated in accordance with a roster which prescribes 2 or more shifts each day (encompassing morning, afternoon or night shifts) but does not cover a 24 hour per day period over 7 days each week of the year. Work performed by a Shift Worker is "shift work".
