Ship A definition

Ship A means the Ship described as such in further details in Schedule 7 (Ships).

Examples of Ship A in a sentence

  • The undertakings in this Clause 24 (Insurance Undertakings) remain in force, in relation to Ship A and Ship B, on and from the date of this Agreement and, in relation to Ship C, on and from the Delivery Date) and, in each case, throughout the rest of the Security Period except as the Lender may otherwise permit.

Ship A has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 7 (Details of Ships);
Ship A means the Capesize bulk carrier vessel “E.R. BAVARIA” of approximately 178,838 metric tons deadweight, built at Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. of South Korea and delivered in 2010, with IMO Number 9519066, registered in the name of E.S.V.M. under the Liberian flag and dually registered under the German flag, which is to be purchased by Borrower B and registered under an Approved Flag in accordance with the laws of the Approved Flag State with the name “LORDSHIP”;
Ship A means the 2007-built LNG carrier of 149,700 cbm built by Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. and registered in the ownership of Pegasus under the laws and flag of the Xxxxxxxx Islands with the name “CLEAN ENERGY”.
Ship A means the 2007-built container vessel of 5,100 TEU currently registered in the ownership of Borrower A with IMO No. 9318113 under the Panamanian flag with the name “ORCA I”;
Ship A means the ship described in Part A of Schedule 2;
Ship A means the 49,998 dwt 2013 built MR product tanker registered in the name of Borrower A on Xxxxxxxx Islands flag under the name m.t. "ARDMORE SEAVALIANT". "Ship B" means the 49,998 dwt 2013 built MR product tanker registered in the name of Borrower B on Xxxxxxxx Islands flag under the name m.t. "ARDMORE SEAVENTURE".
Ship A means the multipurpose bulk carrier of about 35,000 dwt having Builder’s Hull No. NYHS200720 to be constructed and sold by the Seller and to be purchased by Obligor A pursuant to the relevant Shipbuilding Contract;
