Short Term Accommodation means a building designed or used or designed or intended for use as a temporary rental sleeping accommodation for travellers and shall include but not be limited to a motel, motor hotel, hotel or an apartment hotel.
Short Term Accommodation or “STA” means the provision of a dwelling unit which is used for the temporary lodging of the travelling public for a rental period not greater than 28 consecutive days or less in exchange for payment and includes a Bed and Breakfast Establishment, but does not include a motel, hotel, hospital, couch surfing or other short-term accommodations where there is no payment;
Short Term Accommodation means private residential dwelling (or part of dwelling) that are rented to provide accommodations to a person or persons on a temporary basis for a period of less than 30 days and to which the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c. 17, as may be amended from time to time, does not apply. Short-Term Accommodations do not include bed and breakfast establishments, hotels, motels, lodges or other commercially zoned accommodation uses for the travelling public.

Short Term Accommodation means the provision of furnished sleeping accommodation in such places including a hotel, resort, villa, guest house, lodging house, apartment, bed and breakfast or room where the accommodation is provided for stays of 182 days or less;
