Signatory Airline definition

Signatory Airline means a passenger Air Carrier that is a party to an active space rental agreement for space within the Terminal Complex or an all-cargo Air Carrier that is a party to an active lease of space in the cargo cost and revenue center in the form prescribed by the Authority, either of which incorporates the terms and conditions of the Resolution.
Signatory Airline means any Air Carrier that has entered into an agreement with the Port substantially similar to this Agreement.
Signatory Airline means, at any time, any Airline actively engaged in an Air Transportation Business at the Airport who then is a Party to an Airport Use Agreement, including [AIRLINE].

More Definitions of Signatory Airline

Signatory Airline means an Airline that leases at least one (1) holdroom, one (1) ticket counter position (two agent positions), and other space in the Howard W. Cannon Terminal deemed sufficient by the RTAA to support its operation, provided that the total of Preferential Use Premises leased in the Howard W. Cannon Terminal is at least 3,000 square feet, and that the Airline has an Agreement with the RTAA for same.
Signatory Airline means, at any time, each one of the airlines which then has executed an agreement with the same expiration date, and containing substantially similar terms and conditions as this Agreement.
Signatory Airline means an Air Transportation Company that leases at least one holdroom in an Airside Building and space in the Terminal Building deemed sufficient by the Chief Executive Officer to support its operation, and has an agreement with AUTHORITY substantially similar to this Agreement. A wholly owned (100 percent) subsidiary of a Signatory Airline, or the Signatory Airline's parent, will be treated as a Signatory Airline for the purposes of this Agreement provided that AIRLINE shall guarantee payments required of its wholly owned subsidiaries. An all-cargo Air Transportation Company shall be considered a Signatory Airline if it guarantees a minimum of 30,600 annual units of Maximum Gross Landed Weight throughout the Term of this Agreement, leases facilities on the Airport from AUTHORITY for a term at least equal to the Term of this Agreement, and has an agreement with AUTHORITY substantially similar to this Agreement.
Signatory Airline means an Air Transportation Company that leases a minimum of two ticket counter positions, associated office and operations space in the Terminal deemed sufficient by Airport Management to support its operation, and has an agreement with Authority substantially similar to this Agreement.
Signatory Airline. Means, at any time, Airline and each other airline which meet the definition and requirements specified in the Airport Rules and Regulations.
