Notice of Guaranteed Delivery means the notice of guaranteed delivery in the form printed on green paper accompanying the Offer to Purchase and Circular;
Signature Document means the document executed by both Parties that specifically sets forth all of the documents that constitute the Contract.

Waiver Agreement means an agreement between

Fifth Amendment means that certain Fifth Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of August 12, 2016, between the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders Party thereto.

Legal Opinion means any legal opinion delivered to the Agent under Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent) or Clause 29 (Changes to the Obligors).
