Significant Holders definition

Significant Holders shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 hereof.

More Definitions of Significant Holders

Significant Holders means a Holder who owns at least 1,000,000 shares of the Company’s Preferred Stock or 1,000,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock issued upon conversion of Preferred Stock (as presently constituted and subject to subsequent adjustments for Recapitalizations). For purposes of this definition, shares shall be aggregated as provided in Section 5.15, Aggregation of Stock.
Significant Holders means each Holder with at least 1,000,000 Shares or Conversion Stock (as may be adjusted from time to time for stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, subdivisions, recapitalizations and the like).
