Similar Position means
Similar Position shall be as defined in Appendix A. 1:19 “Spouse” shall mean a person:

Similar Position means a position at the same salary band and which, despite some differences in the responsibilities, requires similar qualifications and/or experience, skills and competencies, to those set out in the vacancy notice relating to the selection procedure as a result of which the list of suitable candidates was drawn up.

Similar Position means Team Leader, Project Manager or equivalent, providing that the activities undertaken included full and direct responsibility for the project delivery and coordinating of the entire project team.
Similar Position means employment with a Purchaser with a compensation package, level of responsibility or duties and work location that would not, if offered to the Participant by his or her Employer while he or she was an employee of an Employer, have permitted the Participant to terminate his or her employment with the Employer for Good Reason.
