Single Coverage definition

Single Coverage. The District shall contribute up to $354.08 per month for the duration of this work agreement toward the cost of the premium for the medical/ hospitalization plan for individual coverage for employees who qualify for and are enrolled in the plan.
Single Coverage. The School District shall contribute $385 per month toward the cost of the premium for the medical-hospitalization plan for individual coverage for all full-time employees who are enrolled in said plan. The School District shall contribute 75% of the monthly contribution stipulated for single coverage for all employees scheduled to work thirty (30) hours or more, but less than forty (40) hours per week and otherwise qualify for single coverage.
