Single Point of Contact definition

Single Point of Contact means a person who, as the designated representative of the beneficiary or servicer, is authorized to:
Single Point of Contact means the GEMS coordinator.
Single Point of Contact or “SPoC”: has the meaning given to it in clause 2.5.
