Sinking Fund Installment definition

Sinking Fund Installment means, as of any particular date of calculation, the amount required, as of such date of calculation, to be paid by the Authority on a future date for the retirement of Outstanding Bonds which are stated to mature subsequent to such future date, but does not include any amount payable by the Authority by reason only of the maturity of a Bond.
Sinking Fund Installment means the amount of money to redeem or pay at maturity the principal of a Stated Maturity of Bonds payable from such installments at the times and in the amounts provided in Section 4.2.
Sinking Fund Installment means the amount of money which is required to be deposited into the Sinking Fund Account in each year as specified in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing Term Bonds for the retirement of such Term Bonds (whether at maturity or by redemption), and including the redemption premium, if any.

  • The portion of any such Sinking Fund Installment remaining after the deduction of any such amounts credited toward the same (or the original amount of any such Sinking Fund Installment if no such amounts shall have been credited toward the same) shall constitute the unsatisfied balance of such Sinking Fund Installment for the purpose of the calculation of Principal Installments due on a future date.

  • Each Bond so delivered, or previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, shall be credited by the Registrar at 100 percent of the principal amount thereof against the then current Mandatory Sinking Fund Installment (and corresponding mandatory redemption obligation).

More Definitions of Sinking Fund Installment

Sinking Fund Installment means the amount designated for any particular due date in the Related Series Indenture for the retirement of Bonds on an unconditional basis, less any amount credited pursuant to the General Indenture.
