Site Conditions definition

Site Conditions means the condition of the Site including (but not limited to) climatic, hydrological, hydrogeological, ecological, environmental, geotechnical and archaeological conditions;
Site Conditions means conditions and circumstances on, at, near, affecting and/or relevant to the Site and/or below the surface of the Site (including weather, climatic, geological, hydrological and geotechnical conditions).

Examples of Site Conditions in a sentence

  • Existing Site Conditions: Information with respect to the site of the Work given in drawings or specifications has been obtained by County's representatives and is believed to be reasonably correct, but the County does not warrant either the completeness or accuracy of such information, and it is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify all such information.

  • When actual conditions deviate from those shown the Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Article 37, Differing Site Conditions.

  • In response to Contractor’s Notice of Differing Site Conditions under this Paragraph, Owner will investigate the identified conditions, and if they differ materially and cause increase or decrease in Contractor’s cost of, or time required for, performance of any part of the Work, Owner will negotiate the appropriate change order following the procedures set forth in the Contract Documents.
