Six Calendar Month Period definition

Six Calendar Month Period means each period during the Term (as defined below) commencing on January 1 and ending on June 30 and commencing on July 1 and ending on December 31.

The required minimum distribution for other Distribution Calendar Years, including the required minimum distribution for the Distribution Calendar Year in which the Participant’s Required Beginning Date occurs, shall be made on or before December 31 of that Distribution Calendar Year.

  • Year means a calendar year.

  • Calendar means discrete temporal reference system that provides the basis for defining temporal position to a resolution of one day;

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each of: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including June 30; and the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including December 31.

  • Preceding year means a period of 12 consecutive months fixed by the division

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Fiscal Period means any interim accounting period within a Taxable Year established by the Manager and which is permitted or required by Section 706 of the Code.

  • Fiscal Quarter means a fiscal quarter of any Fiscal Year.

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Day means calendar day.
