Small Fleet definition

Small Fleet means an operator’s aggregated operations in California of 1 to 3 forklifts and/or 1 to 3 pieces of non-forklift equipment.
Small Fleet means a fleet with a fleet size of three or fewer vehicles. When determining fleet size, all of the vehicles under common ownership and control must be counted.
Small Fleet means 40 or fewer heavy duty vehicles registered in the state and owned by a single claimant, estate, or trust.
