Smokeless tobacco products definition

Smokeless tobacco products means moist snuff, as defined in ORS 323.500, or chewing tobacco, as defined in section 5702 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Smokeless tobacco products mean means all products, other than moist snuff, made primarily of tobacco for individual consumption, not intended to be smoked.
Smokeless tobacco products means snuff and any product made from tobacco other than a cigarette as defined in subsection (5) of this section that is prepared in a manner to be suitable for chewing only and not suitable for smoking as described in subsection (5) of this section.
