Social Media Platforms definition

Social Media Platforms means internet-based social media platforms and/or blog sites, such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and all similar sites which grants a user a platform from which to air an opinion, whether moderated or not, which is accessible to the general public, whether now in existence or which may come into existence in future;
Social Media Platforms means platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, WeChat, WhatsApp, TikTok, blogs and all other similar Social Media or communication platforms; and
Social Media Platforms means an online service that is “open and accessible to the public.” “Open and accessible to the public” means that members of the general public have the ability to access and participate, free of charge, in the social media platform without the approval by the social media platform or a person or entity other than the social media platform, including any forum and chatroom, and cannot be blocked from doing so, except when the internet-based social media platform determines that an individual violated its protocols or rules. Examples of social media platforms include Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, TikTok and Reddit.

Social Media Platforms has the meaning given to that phrase in clause 5(c) above.
Social Media Platforms means all social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter. It is noted that Social Media Platforms explicitly excluded as per Section B3 of the Cover Note shall not be included in the scope of this definition.
