SOFR Spread Adjustment definition

SOFR Spread Adjustment means, for any calculation with respect to a Reference Rate Loan or a SOFR Loan, a rate per annum equal to 0.105% (10.5 basis points) for an Available Tenor of one-month’s duration.
SOFR Spread Adjustment means (i) with respect to interest calculated with respect to any SOFR Loan with a one-month Interest Period, a rate equal to 0.05% (5 basis points) and (ii) with respect to interest calculated with respect to any SOFR Loan with a three-month or six-month Interest Period, a rate equal to 0.10% (10 basis points).
SOFR Spread Adjustment means 0.10% with respect to an Interest Period of one month.

SOFR Spread Adjustment means, with respect to any applicable Business Day, a rate per annum equal to (a) with respect to an Interest Period (i.e., an available tenor) of one (1) month, 0.10% (10 basis points) per annum, (b) with respect to an Interest Period of three (3) months, 0.15% (15 basis points) per annum, and (c) with respect to an Interest Period of six (6) months, 0.25% (25 basis points) per annum.

SOFR Spread Adjustment means 0.116% for a Term SOFR Interest Period of 1 month, and 0.116% for a Term SOFR Interest Period of 3 months, solely to the extent that the Existing Loan Documents permit a LIBOR interest period of 3 months.
