Software Order Form definition

Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

Software Order Form means the TELCOR Quotation for the item(s) of TELCOR software which incorporates the SAP Software ordered by Licensee thereunder, including any necessary information on SAP Software and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee by TELCOR.

Software Order Form means the written order form or other ordering documentation (including a registration Webpage or Website) entered into by AWS and Customer containing the specific terms and conditions applicable to the Service through which the Software is provided .

Examples of Software Order Form in a sentence

• This Agreement shall prevail over any additional, conflicting, or inconsistent terms and conditions which may appear on the Software Order Form, or any purchase order or other document furnished by Licensee to Freedom.

• Licensee shall without undue delay report to Freedom any actual use in excess of the license rights, and any other information reasonably necessary to calculate the amount of fees payable under the Software Order Form.

• Licensee shall not be entitled to claim any reduction of the fees payable under the Software Order Form or reduce the applicable licensed levels during the term of the Software Order Form.

• All notices or reports which are required or may be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly given when delivered to the respective executive offices of Freedom and Licensee at the addresses first set forth in any Software Order Form.

• This Agreement and the license granted hereunder shall become effective as of the date first set forth in the applicable Software Order Form and shall continue in effect thereafter in accordance with the terms of the Software Order Form.

Software Order Form means the ordering document for the Software made available under this Agreement.

Software Order Form is defined in Section 1 below). You and ARA may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is being licensed, not sold, to You. As a result, You own a License (as defined in Section 1.8 below) to use the Software in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Accordingly, by copying, installing or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement you should return the Software to ARA before Activation has occurred.

Software Order Form means a document You sign and submit to ARA that describes the Software You desire to License from ARA, and includes the related Initial License Fee, Annual License Fee, and Annual Support Fee for such Software. The Software Order Form is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Customer thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information as well as terms and conditions necessary for the delivery of such items to Customer.

Software Order Form means the order placed by the Distributor with SAP for the Software ordered (i) by Licensee from the Authorized Reseller; and (ii) by Authorized Reseller from Distributor, including information on Software and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

Software Order Form means a document signed by HP and Supplier that describes the Licensed Product, Support and Maintenance (if required) to be provided by Supplier to HP and related business terms.

Software Order Form means the order form entered into between Licensee and HashCash for licensing of the Software and Third Party Software ordered by Licensee under the GTC and procured by Licensee from the HashCash Reseller pursuant to Section 4 of the GTC, including information on Software, Third Party Software, HashCash Delivered Support fees (if applicable), and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.
