Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan means a plan submitted by an applicant, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 4:24-1 et.seq., depicting temporary and permanent facilities designed to control soil erosion and retard nonpoint pollution resulting from stormwater runoff.
