Solar Power Developer definition

Solar Power Developer means Bidding Company or a Bidding Consortium that got selected through the bidding process conducted by APGCL through “Grid connected solar photo voltaic projects for 70 MWAC Amguri Solar Park in Assam”. Any reference to the Solar Power Developer includes Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium/Consortium, Member of a Bidding Consortium including its successors, executors and permitted assigns and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require.

Solar Power Developer shall have the meaning attributed thereto in the array of Parties hereinabove as set forth in the Recitals;

Solar Power Developer or SPD” means the Bidder who has been selected based on the RFS and includes its successor in interest.

Solar Power Developer means a company registered under Indian Companies Act, a partnership firm registered under partnership Act or a society registered under A.P./TG Society Registration Act.
