Solutions Provider definition

Solutions Provider means the person licensed by Royal Mail (or sub-licensed by another person that is licensed to do so) to obtain copies and updates of the Data to enhance its own Solutions for supply to the End-User;
Solutions Provider means a person licensed by Royal Mail to obtain copies and updates of the Data from Royal Mail to enhance its own Products and Services for supply to End-Users and to licence Third Party Solutions Providers for the same purposes;
Solutions Provider means the third party service provider which the Customer has authorised and instructed the Bank to provide Transactional Data of the Designated Account.

Examples of Solutions Provider in a sentence

  • End-User shall not assign any of its rights or obligations under this Data License Agreement or otherwise transfer this Data License Agreement or any part of it (including any License) without the prior written consent of Solutions Provider.

  • The End-User may use the Data in the Solution as provided to the End-User by the Solutions Provider on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis, for the Term (unless terminated earlier), in accordance with the terms of this Licence Agreement.

  • This Licence Agreement shall not operate as an assignment by Royal Mail or the Solutions Provider of any Intellectual Property Right that may subsist in or relate to the Data.

  • Where a Broker wishes to use the Data in any way other than as expressly set out in this Part 5 of Schedule 1 to Annex 3 it shall first enter into an End-User Agreement with the Solutions Provider or other appropriately licensed third party.

  • The Solutions Provider acknowledges that it is not under any obligation to Royal Mail to charge certain fees to the End-User.
