SONIA Compounded IndexEnd definition

SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means the SONIA Compounded Index Value on the date falling “p” London Business Days prior to (i) in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Accrual Period, or (ii) if the Notes become due and payable prior to the end of an Interest Accrual Period, the date on which the Notes become so due and payable; and
SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to (A) the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Accrual Period, or (B) such other date on which the relevant payment of interest falls due (but which by its definition or the operation of the relevant provisions is excluded from such Interest Accrual Period).
SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means the SONIA Compounded Index Value on the last day of the relevant Observation Period; and

SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means with respect to an Interest Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the Interest Period End Date for such Interest Period (or the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Notes become due and payable); and
SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means the SONIA Compounded Index value relating to the London Banking Day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to (A) (in the case of an Interest Period) the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period or (B) (in the case of any other SONIA Interest Accrual Period) the date on which the relevant payment of interest falls due;
SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to (A) the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Accrual Period, or (B) such other date on which the relevant payment of interest falls due (but which by its definition or the operation of the relevant provisions is excluded from such Interest Accrual Period). (b) If the relevant SONIA Compounded Index is not published or displayed by the administrator of the SONIA reference rate or other information service by 5.00 p.m. (London time) (or, if later, by the time falling one hour after the customary or scheduled time for publication thereof in accordance with the then-prevailing operational procedures of the administrator of the SONIA reference rate or of such other information service, as the case may be) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, the Compounded Daily SONIA Rate for the applicable Interest Accrual Period for which the SONIA Compounded Index is not available shall be “Compounded Daily SONIA” determined in accordance with Condition 4(b)(ii)(C) above as if “Index Determination” were specified in the applicable Final Terms as being ‘Not Applicable’, and for these purposes: (i) the “Observation Method” shall be deemed to be “Observation Shift” and (ii) the “Observation Shift Period” shall be deemed to be equal to the Relevant Number of London Banking Days, as if those alternative elections had been made in the applicable Final Terms.
SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means, in respect of an Interest Period, the SONIA Compounded Index Value on the date which is “x” London Business Days preceding (i) the Interest Payment Date of such Interest Period, (ii) in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date (in the case of a final Interest Period ending on the Maturity Date), or (iii) the date on which the relevant Series of Notes becomes due and payable;
SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means, with respect to an Interest Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to (A) the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period, or
SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to (A) (where the relevant Interest Accrual Period is a full Interest Period) the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period or (B) (in the case of any other Interest Accrual Period) the date on which the relevant payment of interest falls due; and
