Source of Supply definition

Source of Supply means either the generating station, substation or transformer, as the case may be, which is the source of the electrical energy at the voltage at which it is delivered to the consumer; and
Source of Supply means either the generating station or substation from which electricity at the voltage at which it is delivered to the consumer is derived;
Source of Supply means any well, spring, reservoir, stream, river or other location where water is siphoned, pumped, channeled, or withdrawn for water supply purposes, including interconnections with other water companies;

Source of Supply means the Sacramento River and Stony 9 Creek, from which the Contractor has rights to divert, has diverted, and may continue to 10 divert;

Ariba does not guarantee participation of any minimum number of Sources of Supply in the Program and regional availability is limited. The Program may be suspended or be made temporarily unavailable, or a specific Source of Supply may be removed from the Program, at any time at Ariba’s discretion. Ariba does not provide customer support related to fulfillment, payment, or shipment for the Ariba Spot Buy Transactions. Ariba is not responsible for the content or pricing related to Spot Buy Supply (whether via a Participating Marketplace or from a Seller Direct Supplier) and their listings of goods or services. The Ariba Operating Policies do not apply to the systems of the Participating Marketplaces or Seller Direct Suppliers nor to Customer Data transferred to such parties in the course of any Ariba Spot Buy Transaction.

Source of Supply means a Seller Affiliate, a Supplier or, upon Buyer’s consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, a Third Party designated by Seller to act on Seller’s behalf as supplier of Supplied Product to Buyer under this Agreement.
