Source of Supply definition

Source of Supply means either the generating station or substation from which electricity at the voltage at which it is delivered to the consumer is derived;

Source of Supply means either the generating station, substation or transformer, as the case may be, which is the source of the electrical energy at the voltage at which it is delivered to the consumer; and

Source of Supply means any well, spring, reservoir, stream, river or other location where water is siphoned, pumped, channeled, or withdrawn for water supply purposes, including interconnections with other water companies;

More Definitions of Source of Supply

Source of Supply means the Sacramento River and Stony 11 Creek, from which the Contractor has rights to divert, has diverted, and may continue to 12 divert;

Ariba is not responsible for the content or pricing related to Spot Buy Supply (whether via a Participating Marketplace or from a Seller Direct Supplier) and their listings of goods or services. The Ariba Operating Policies do not apply to the systems of the Participating Marketplaces or Seller Direct Suppliers nor to Customer Data transferred to such parties in the course of any Ariba Spot Buy Transaction.
