SPAC Parties definition

SPAC Parties means, collectively, SPAC and Merger Sub.
SPAC Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
SPAC Parties means SPAC and all of its Subsidiaries collectively, and “SPAC Party” refers to any one of them.

Examples of SPAC Parties in a sentence

  • The covenants and agreements of the SPAC Parties in this Agreement to be performed as of or prior to the Closing shall have been performed in all material respects.
