Space Segment definition

Space Segment means a set of telecommunications satellites, and the tracking, telemetering, command, control, monitoring and related facilities and equipment for the operational support of those satellites;
Space Segment means the telecommunications satellites, and the tracking, telemetry, command, control, monitoring and related facilities and equipment required to support the operation of these satellites;
Space Segment means the Satellites, and all other centralised infrastructure owned, leased, or operated by or on behalf of the Company to support the operation of the Satellites as set forth in Clause 13.10 and the Services in all Ocean Regions.

More Definitions of Space Segment

Space Segment means that part of the IRIDIUM SYSTEMS consisting solely of the space vehicles (also called satellites) in low earth orbit. SPACE SEGMENT includes any upgraded, enhanced, or additional computer software or hardware components incorporated into the space vehicles that do not constitute the deployment of a THIRD GENERATION IRIDIUM SYSTEM. SPACE SEGMENT does not include the SYSTEM CONTROL SEGMENT, the GATEWAY SEGMENT, SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT or other components.
Space Segment means the Satellites, and all other centralised infrastructure owned, leased, or operated by or on behalf of Inmarsat to support the operation of the Satellites and the Inmarsat Services in all Ocean Regions, and the terrestrial network owned, leased or operated by or on behalf of Inmarsat to support the Fourth Generation Satellites.
Space Segment means the same as Space Segment in the LESO Agreement.
Space Segment means the space segment comprised of the Satellite and the GBBF Subsystem, integrated for the purpose of communications services, Delivered by Contractor to Purchaser pursuant to this Contract, as more fully described in Exhibit E, Space Segment Performance Specification and Exhibit G, Space Segment Statement of Work.
