Class B Note Rate means % per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.
Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.
Class E Interest Rate means 4.99% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Lower-Tier Interest Rate As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).
Class A Note Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, a fixed rate equal to 4.10% per annum with respect to the Class A Notes.

Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-5 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).
Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of (i) (a) the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal, plus (b) 5.90%, and (ii) 9.15%.
Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Class B Note Initial Principal Balance means $30,822,000.
Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.
Class A Note Initial Principal Balance means $500,000,000.
Class A-4 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 2.11%.
Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.
