Spanish Class B Blended Advance Rate definition

Spanish Class B Blended Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Spanish Class B Blended Advance Rate Weighting Numerator and the denominator of which is the Spanish Class B Blended Advance Rate Weighting Denominator, in each case as of such date.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Class E Interest Rate means 4.99% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Lower-Tier Interest Rate As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A Note Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, a fixed rate equal to 4.10% per annum with respect to the Class A Notes.
