Spare Engines definition

Spare Engines means the Firm Spare Engines as defined in Section 2.2.1 and any additional new Spare Engines to be purchased in accordance with Section 2.2.2.
Spare Engines means all or each of the four (4) new V2500-A5 firmly ordered spare Engines either purchased or to be purchased by Spirit from IAE to be delivered in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit A of this Agreement.
Spare Engines has the meaning specified in Section 1 hereof.

  • Subject to Section 2.3.2 above, IAE and Spirit agree that they will execute an appropriate Change Order in respect of any change required to the Spare Engines to enable such Spare Engines to conform to the requirements of the Certification Authority and the official interpretations of such requirements in force at the date of delivery of such Spare Engines.

  • The Engines that will be Eligible under this Guarantee shall be new Firm Aircraft and new Firm Spare Engines which are owned or operated by JetBlue during the Period of Guarantee and which have been acquired pursuant to the Contract to which this Guarantee is attached and the related proposal or contract for delivery of Aircraft, and shall also include for purposes of this Guarantee, the Leased Aircraft.

  • The purchase price for each of the Spare Engines shall be the unit base price set forth in Exhibit B-2 to this New Fleet Contract, amended pursuant to Section 2.3 above, if applicable, and escalated in accordance with the escalation formula contained in Exhibit B-3 to this New Fleet Contract.

  • The selling price of Products will be the respective prices which are quoted in the CFM Spare Parts Price Catalog, as revised from time to time (the “Spare Parts Catalog” or “Catalog”) or in CFM’s written quotation or proposal from time to time and confirmed in a Letter Agreement for the purchase of Spare Engines or in a purchase order placed by Customer and accepted by CFM.


More Definitions of Spare Engines

Spare Engines or "Simulators", as the case may be, within the meaning of this Agreement and as described in Schedule 2.10 hereof and (H) the Agent shall notify the Company in writing that it is satisfied that the conditions of this Section 2.10B(ii)(2) have been satisfied. Rotables shall become subject to the Lien of the Spare Parts Security Agreement as provided therein, without also being required to satisfy any of the requirements of this subsection applicable to Eligible Assets of other types.
Spare Engines means all or each of the eleven (11) new V2500-A5 firmly ordered spare Engines either purchased or to be purchased by Spirit from IAE and the four (4) option spare Engines which Spirit has the right to purchase from IAE, already delivered or to be delivered in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit A of this Agreement.
Spare Engines means each General Electric CF6-50E2 aircraft engine bearing manufacturer's serial numbers listed in the initial Lease Supplement.
Spare Engines means each "Spare Engine" as defined in the Credit Agreement.
Spare Engines means spare V2500 Engines.
Spare Engines means all of the “Engines” as defined in the Aircraft Mortgage.
Spare Engines means one or more, as the case may be, of the ten (10) General Electric CF6-80C2D1F engines owned by American that are not installed on the Aircraft. Each such engine shall be in a wing or tail quick engine change configuration and shall include an engine shipping stand suitable for such engines.
