Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Part B of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

• Deposits into, and payments out of, the Special Accounts shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 5 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Special Accounts

Special Accounts means Special Account A, Special Account B and Special Account C;

Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement collectively; and “Special Account” means either of those accounts individually.

Special Accounts means, collectively, the Guangxi Special Account, the Hunan Special Account and the Zhejiang Special Account; "Special Account" means, any of the Special Accounts; and "Respective Special Account" means, in respect of (i) Guangxi Province, the Guangxi Special Account, (ii) Hunan Province, the Hunan Special Account and (iii) Zhejiang Province, the Zhejiang Special Account.

Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Part B of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and

Special Accounts means, collectively, the Gansu Special Account and the Xinjiang Special Account; and a “Special Account” means either of said Special Accounts.

Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement, and “USD Special Account” and “EUR Special Account” mean the Special Account in Dollars and Special Account in Euro, respectively, referred to in said Section;

Special Accounts means upon or after the occurrence of an Enforcement Event such separate and denominated account or accounts with the Security Trustee or such other bank or banks as the Security Trustee may thereafter specify from time to time in writing as the account or accounts into which the Debts are to be paid.
