Special Categories of Data definition

Special Categories of Data means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation;
Special Categories of Data means such data as described in Article IV section 2.

More Definitions of Special Categories of Data

Special Categories of Data has the meaning as defined in the Data Protection Laws.
Special Categories of Data means personal data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinion or any affiliation with political parties, religion or other philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, sexual orientation, health status or addictions, and personal criminal data.
