Special Distribution definition

Special Distribution has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4.

Examples of Special Distribution in a sentence

• Each Member shall have a percentage (such percentage, for each Member, its “GP Special Distribution Percentage”), which shall be used for the purpose of distributing amounts in respect of GP Special Distributions to the Members and allocating to the Members Net Gain and Net Loss attributable to GP Special Profit Allocations made to the Company.
