Special Dividend Rate definition

Special Dividend Rate means (i) prior to October 9, 2009, 0% per annum, (ii) from and after October 9, 2008 to but not including April 9, 2009, 15% per annum , (iii) from and after April 9, 2009 to but not including October 9, 2009, 16% per annum and (iv) from and after October 9, 2009, 17% per annum.
Special Dividend Rate means (i) prior to September 15, 2010, 0% per annum, (ii) from and after September 15, 2010 to but not including March 15, 2011, 13% per annum, (iii) from and after March 15, 2011 to but not including September 15, 2011, 14% per annum, (iv) from and after September 15, 2011 to but not including March 15, 2012, 15% per annum and (v) from and after March 15, 2012, 16% per annum.
Special Dividend Rate means (i) from and after June 15, 2008 to but not including December 15, 2008, 14%, (ii) from and after December 15, 2008 to but not including June 15, 2009, 15.5% and (iii) from and after June 15, 2009, 17%.

  • Dividends payable pursuant to this Section 4(c) will accrue, whether or not declared, and will, for each outstanding share of Senior Preferred Stock, accrete at an annual rate on the Liquidation Preference equal to the Special Dividend Rate (such dividend, the “Special Dividend”).

Special Dividend Rate means (i) from and after September 30, 2008 to but not including March 31, 2009, 14%, (ii) from and after March 31, 2009 to but not including September 30, 2009, 15.5% and (iii) from and after September 30, 2009, 20%.
