Special Economic Zone definition

Special Economic Zone means each Special Economic Zone notified under the proviso to sub-section (4) of section 3 and sub-section (1) of section 4 (including Free Trade and Warehousing Zone) and includes an existing Special Economic Zone;
Special Economic Zone means a special economic zone designated by the Minister of Trade and Industry pursuant to an Act of Parliament;
Special Economic Zone. ’ means an area designated as a special economic zone in terms of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2013 (Act No of 2013);

More Definitions of Special Economic Zone

Special Economic Zone means any part of Zimbabwe declared in terms of the Special Economic Zones Act [Chapter 14:34] (No. 7 of 2016);
