Special Eurodollar Circumstance definition

Special Eurodollar Circumstance means the application or adoption after the Closing Date of any Law or interpretation, or any change therein or thereof, or any change in the interpretation or administration thereof by any Governmental Agency, central bank or comparable authority charged with the interpretation or administration thereof, or compliance by any Lender or its Eurodollar Lending Office with any request or directive (whether or not having the force of Law) of any such Governmental Agency, central bank or comparable authority.
Special Eurodollar Circumstance means the application or adoption after the Closing Date of any Law or interpretation, or any change therein or thereof, or any change in the interpretation or administration thereof by any Governmental Authority, central bank or comparable authority charged with the interpretation or administration thereof, or compliance by Lender or its LIBOR lending office with any request or directive (whether or not having the force of Law) of any such Governmental Authority, central bank or comparable authority.

  • Any Lender whose obligation to make Eurodollar Rate Advances has been suspended under this Section shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent and Borrower of the cessation of the Special Eurodollar Circumstance which gave rise to such suspension.

  • In the event that any Lender’s obligation to make Eurodollar Rate Advances has been suspended under this Section, such Lender shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent and Borrower of the cessation of the Special Eurodollar Circumstance which gave rise to such suspension.

  • In the event that any Lender's obligation to make Eurodollar Rate Advances has been suspended under this Section, such Lender shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent and Borrower of the cessation of the Special Eurodollar Circumstance which gave rise to such suspension.
